# Does my AI-generated logo need to be a vector file?

While vector artwork is often preferred for logo decoration, we accept many different artwork file types. Vector files are helpful because they can be resized without losing image quality.

However, AI-generated artwork isn't always a true vector file, even when it's downloaded with a file extension commonly associated with vector artwork. Your logo might need a little cleanup or conversion to vector format before it's ready to decorate.
