# Can I offer free shipping to my shoppers?

## For MerchStores created on or after 10/21/2026:

Currently, account admins cannot cover shipping costs separately from an order. Shipping is calculated at checkout and charged to the individual placing the order. 

If your store is set up to charge orders directly to your organization, applicable shipping charges will also be paid by your organization. 

Account admins can also provide shoppers with gift codes to use toward their purchases. Gift codes can cover the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, allowing your organization to cover those costs for shoppers.
