# Have you ordered from Merchology.com previously and need a DST file?
## For MerchStores created on or after 10/21/2026:
Our team will review your request to see if we already have the necessary DST file(s) on file. If a new DST file needs to be created, we will contact you to confirm before moving forward. Please note that different size variations of the same logo require separate DST files.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we received your request. A MerchStore Specialist will reach out to you within 2-3 business days with information on next steps. Next steps can include paying for a new DST file to be created or receiving an existing DST file if you have placed a previous embroidery order with Merchology with the same logo and location. You will receive an email update from [merchstoresupport@merchology.com](mailto:merchstoresupport@merchology.com).
