What is a "Set Up Fee" and how do I get rid of it?

Many products have a setup fee to cover the costs associated with preparing the artwork and machines to decorate an order. The setup fee price may differ based on the decoration method and will be shown on the cart page.

For select products, such as apparel and some bags, the setup fee will be removed once you reach the minimum quantity for the product. The minimum is stated next to the quantity selection section on the product page. You can reach the minimum by adding companion styles and related products. For example, if a minimum for a product is 12 pieces, you can select 8 Men's + 4 Women's or 6 Black + 6 Blue to reach the minimum and remove the setup fee.

Many hard goods products such as drinkware or electronics do not allow the option to remove the setup fee even after the minimum has been met as this charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with decorating the order.
