What if I'm unhappy with my order?
If the product is defective or the imprint quality is significantly different than what you approved for your decorated order, please contact our Customer Success team at orders@merchology.com. Your experience is important to us, and we want to make sure you're happy with your merch! Note: We must be notified of all returns within 30 days. We do not accept returns for undecorated product(s).
