How do I order samples?

Merchology offers both free and paid samples, dependent on the item and brand requested. All samples are final sale and are not eligible for return. If you are in need of a sample before making a purchase for your group, you can place a sample order or request by:

1. Selecting "Order a Sample" on the product page under the heading, "Choose Decoration Type." This is a paid sample order.

2. Selecting "Request Free Sample" on the product page, located under the orange "Add to Cart" button. You will be prompted to fill out the contact form and our team will contact you using the email address provided on the form to let you know if you qualify for free product samples. This is a free sample request.

NOTE: Samples are typically undecorated or may feature sample customization. If you would like to request a pre-production or spec sample decorated with your logo, please contact our team as charges may apply.
