When does my MerchStore close?

The Store Type you choose when creating your MerchStore determines how and when your store closes.

• Always Open:
  • Your store remains open for orders, which are processed on a weekly or biweekly schedule based on the processing frequency you select
  • If your store uses Admin Pay, the combined order will not begin processing until payment has been submitted
  • If your store uses Individual Pay, the combined order will process automatically at the end of each order cycle
• Limited Time:
  • Your store automatically closes on the date you specify, preventing any new orders from being placed
  • We recommend setting your close date no more than two weeks after your launch date to help reduce the risk of products going out of stock

Once your store closes, you'll receive a notification prompting you to submit the combined order so production can begin.

If you'd like employees to receive shipping updates, select Send to Individuals under Tracking Notifications in the bottom-right corner of your MerchStore dashboard.
