How do shoppers access a MerchStore?

Shoppers access a MerchStore using the link provided by the Account Admin. MerchStores do not automatically email the store link to shoppers, so the Account Admin is responsible for sharing it.

If the store is password protected, shoppers will be prompted to enter the password before accessing the MerchStore.

Here is a sample message we recommend sharing to encourage your organization to shop the store:

Hi! Welcome to the [Company Name] company store! Visit [Store Link] to shop for a variety of items featuring our company logo.

If your store is password protected, add:

Your password to access the store is: [Password]
