Once I have gift codes or discount codes enabled in my account, how do I create them?

To create a gift:

1. In the Store Dashboard, under Orders, click Gifts.
2. Click Create Gift in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Here you will choose your gift type:
   1. Gift of one free item
   2. Gift card with cash balance
4. Enter in information needed
5. Click Create Gift or Save when finished

To send an email to the recipient of the gift, click the box on the far-left side of the gift line. From there, click Send Gift so the recipient receives their gift through their email. You can also include a custom message in the email.

Gift codes do not require pre-purchase. Your account will be charged after the gift is redeemed. A credit card must be stored on your account for these charges. Gift code charges for orders placed on the store account will be charged to the credit card stored on your account the following day.

To create a discount code:

1. In the Store Dashboard, under Orders, click Discount Codes.
2. Click the +Add button.
3. Here you will choose the discount code type:
   1. Reduce by dollar amount
   2. Reduce by percent
4. Enter in information needed
5. Click Save when finished

Shoppers must enter the code at checkout for the discount to apply. Discount codes can be used on multiple orders until you disable them. To disable, click the three dots next to the discount code status and click Disable.

A credit card must be stored on your account to use discount codes. Discount code charges for orders placed on the store account will be charged to the credit card stored on your account the following day.
