What emails will I receive when my order ships?

For MerchStores created on or after 10/21/2026:

When your order ships, you will receive an email notifying you of either a Partial Order Shipment or a Full Order Shipment, depending on whether all your items in your order have shipped.

  • Partial Order Shipment: You will receive an email from [Store Name] donotreply@checkoutstores.com with the subject line “Part of your [Store Name] order [order number] has shipped.” In this message, it will include your order number, order amount, order date, a link to track your package, order summary, and shipping address.
  • Full Order Shipment: Your will receive an email from [Store Name] donotreply@checkoutstores.com with the subject line “Your [Store Name] order [order number] has shipped.” In this message, it will include your order number, order amount, order date, a link to track your package, order summary, and shipping address.
