Why are DST files so important?

DST files are the only file type that can be uploaded for embroidery in your MerchStore.

A DST file contains the stitch instructions an embroidery machine needs to sew your logo, including where to place each stitch and how many stiches are needed. This helps to ensure your embroidered logo looks its best.

If you do not have a DST file, you can submit a DST file request. Your request will then be sent to our Art Team, who will create the embroidery-ready DST file for you. Once your DST file is ready, you can then add your embroidered design to products in your MerchStore.
